        What are the aspects that need attention when the cable is Delivery and installed? It is very important for the construction personnel to understand this knowledge. The difference between fiber optic cable and cable is very large. This includes recyclable properties. Since the fiber is a fragile fiberglass, the internal space requires stricter precision. So if it causes damage, the repair is unrealist.

        1. When loading and unloading the optical fiber cable, use lifting equipment such as a forklift or special steps. It is strictly forbidden to roll or drop the fiber optic cable tray directly from the vehicle.

        2.  It is forbidden to lay or stack the fiber optic cable trays with optical cables. The optical cable trays in the compartments must be protected with wooden blocks.

        8. The selection of the cable connector box must meet the requirements of the YD/T814-1996 standard to ensure that the radius of curvature of the fiber in the connector box is not less than 37.5MM, and the remaining length of the fiber in the connector box is not less than 1.6M. The reinforcing member is firmly fixed on the joint box, and no twisting occurs between the optical cable and the joint box, and the joint box has excellent sealing performance and can prevent moisture from entering.

        9. When the optical cable is connected, the joint attenuation should be based on the average OTDR two-way test.

       10. After the cable is laid, if it cannot be processed in time, the two ends of the cable should be sealed to prevent water and gas from invading the fiber.

       11. When the optical cable is connected, if it is not connected repeatedly, it is recommended to cut off one section and then continue (because the cable end may be damaged by mechanical damage during construction). 12.
