The GYXTC8Y optical fiber cable is a figure-eight self-supporting structure. The cable core is a single bundle tube, which is directly covered with PE material. Among them, the suspension wire part adopts galvanized steel wire to ensure that the reinforcement is not exposed to corrosion at the point of unlimited span, and a longitudinal water blocking yarn is placed on the cable core part to ensure that each section of the optical cable is impermeable. Simulated construction on site
The most difficult thing to control the GYXTC8Y optical fiber cable is its post-shrinkage performance during fiber cabling installation. If the post-shrinkage is large, after the fiber optic cable is routed, the fibers are easily broken at various points and joints. Therefore, we conducted on-site simulation construction according to the customer's construction cabling method. The span is 50 meters, the length of the test optical cable is 260 meters, and there is a support point every 50 meters. After the optical cable cabling is completed, the two ends are looped and fixed. Then the end of the optical fiber cable is stripped, the length of the optical fiber is recorded, and the comparison is performed every 12 hours.
After 72 hours of outdoor simulation construction, the optical cable shrinks less than one thousandth. The test data shows that the GYXTC8Y optical cable has undergone many process improvements and fully meets customer requirements.
